Reservations Manager: Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to lead our Reservations Department. Must have at least 3 years' experience in hospitality reservations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of booking systems, guest service, and rate management. Experience with group bookings, training staff, and working across departments is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Assistant Executive Housekeeper: We require a dependable, mature, organized, physically fit individual to assist the Executive Housekeeper with the effective running of the Housekeeping Department. The ideal person should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Housekeeping Department in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and have strong leadership and people skills.
Demi Chef de Partie: Qualified candidates will have a passion for food and experience in à la carte restaurant production. Successful candidates will have at least two years of proven work experience in high-volume restaurants across various line positions.

Plan and organize your work to maximize productivity without compromising on food quality while maintaining food cost as per the company standards. Must be able to work under pressure, possess excellent culinary and supervisory skills and be able to manage all aspects of a busy kitchen in the Executive Sous Chef's absence. Good timekeeping is a must. Candidate must have Health & Safety knowledge and minimum of 4 years of experience in a large banquet kitchen, progressive modern and innovative cooking styles and techniques in French cuisine. Needs to have culinary experience in fine dining and high-volume kitchen.
Bellman: Applicant must be dedicated to always delivering great service and assist our guests, be personable, physically fit (this position requires heavy lifting and many steps) and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsible for, but not limited to, delivery and collection of guest luggage or personal bags, transport of guests throughout Resort, doorman services, assisting with room delivery of room amenities and or Housekeeping items, answering guest questions and/or offering guidance with accurate Resort or island-wide information.Not specified
