Top Grad Finish Carpenters/Craftpersons

SJ Construction is currently seeking Top Grade Finish Carpenters/Craftpersons. The successful candidates will be expected to carry out and finish projects within a carpentry shop and on site in a timely manner. Interested applicants who possess their own set of basic tools are preferable. All employees at SJ are subject to random drug testing to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• 10 years’ carpentry experience • Ability to read and understand detailed shop drawings/plans • Ability to verify dimensions on site and execute the project from fabrication to complete installation • Ability to fabricate all types of doors; frames; cabinets; spiral and standard staircases; furniture; and must have a solid knowledge of working surfaces • Excellent time management and reliability • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required, including weekend and public holidays • Must have own transportation
