On behalf of our client, GEL Tiling and Maintenance Dock & Swimming Pool Repairs, we seek: Top Grade Mason/Carpenter Having at least five years of professional masonry and carpentry experience and skilled in all aspects of materials and tools of the masonry/carpentry trade. Duties will include but are not limited to masonry work, general repairs and maintenance work, minor plumbing, and minor electrical installation, to construct, install, maintain and repair structures made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect wall and roof systems and tiling. Must be able to handle heavy physical workload and willing to work overtime and during holidays and weekends as projects demand. Requirements
