CCS is looking for an enthusiastic IT professional to join our Server Storage & Virtualisation (“SSV”) Division. The successful candidate will primarily be focused on the design, implementation and ongoing support services for the solutions within the SSV portfolios. Also, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales team with customised solution designs, plans, proposal content and any other pre-sales assistance. Service desk support including ticketing solutions as required, incident management/escalations as appropriate, and other related tasks, if assigned may be required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in diverse customer environments with a multitude of technologies related to desktop, server, storage, enterprise software, cloud and virtualisation solutions with a demonstrated ability to succeed in an autonomous environment. They must also have an entrepreneurial approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to manage their time and prioritize schedules effectively. The role reports to the Vice President Service Management.Valid Microsoft 365, Azure and Core infrastructure certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
MCSE: Core Infrastructure
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Core Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP) design, implementation, and operational skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure and O365 suite.
Strong knowledge of Amazon AWS
Strong server and storage design, implementation and operational skills
Working knowledge of standard project lifecycle phases
Professionally presented with strong: verbal and written skills; customer facing skills; and skills to build and maintain working relationships with clients and team members
