In this role you will: • Perform client due-diligence, on-boarding checks as defined by HSBC policies and guidelines and regulatory standards • Identify cases where additional checks are required, this may include referring cases for escalation to appropriate teams in line with policies Undertake due-diligence reviews to assess risk, escalate to compliance or other teams to review for action • Ensure all activities and transactions adhere to HSBC and regulatory standards To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: • Experience in a regulatory role related to customer account opening/due diligence and an understanding of Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements • Solid customer service and communication skills, with an ability to handle and resolve customer issues, whilst maintaining times scales and quality of output Ability to develop good working relationships When you join HSBC, you'll enjoy a supportive culture, a highly energised team, and have access to exciting opportunities and benefits, such as: • Salary and benefits designed to give you a solid foundation for the present and future Mentoring, coaching, and training to upskill yourself, including word-class learning opportunities Flexible working environment Range of resources to support your mental, physical, and social well-being • Opportunities to work internationally, and join a range of Employee Resource Groups
