LEMONGRASS seeks an Executive Chef with a minimum 5 years' experience with knowledge of all basic Asian cooking techniques, strong knowledge of cooking philosophies and principles, included but not limited to Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Indonesian with the ability to verbally explain processes and preparation and cooking techniques. Must prepare and set up food for cooking and must ensure that correct food portions are being prepared. Ability to assist in all aspects of a busy kitchen, keeping area clean and sanitized. This position requires applicants to be able to work split shifts and weekends. Interested applicants must possess a proven record of integrity and excellent work references related to the position applied for; all references will be verified.
