LITTLE INDIA EXPRESS is seeking an Operations Manager with at least 1 year of experience in Indian and Asian cuisine with knowledge of Indian-style blended spices and all basic Indian and Asian food products. Must be able to handle all aspects of a busy Indian deli and will be expected to assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. Little India is a Drug & Alcohol-free workplace, and applicants are required to undergo random drug testing. A clean police report is required. Interested applicants must possess a proven record of integrity and excellent work references related to the position applied for; all references will be verified.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Indian and Asian cuisine, knowledge of Indian-style blended spices, knowledge of all basic Indian and Asian food products, proven record of integrity, excellent work references.
