Assistant General Manager

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the general day-to-day operations of the shop including but not limited to food and beverage preparation, ordering/restocking, Human Resources customer service, cashiering, cleaning, accounts administration, and scheduling/training of staff. Heavy lifting is required, and candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. A positive and professional approach to customer service is essential. Clean criminal background and references are required.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the food service industry, ideally with specific ice cream/frozen dessert experience. A diploma or certification in culinary arts is advantageous. Clean criminal background and references are required.
