Sardis Development Ltd/The Loren is hiring a The Loren at Pink Beach is looking to add another amazing team member to their Housekeeping Department! This role will cover both the Room Attendant, Public Area and Houseman needs, as required by the hotel. This role is to be trained in all positions, to ensure the Housekeeping Department have proper staffing at all times. The Housekeeping Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and problems, and other duties, as may be reasonably required, consistent with the role of Housekeeping Attendant under supervision of the Director of Housekeeping and/or Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate the room making process, enters and prepares the room for cleaning, make beds, dust rooms and furniture, replenish guestrooms and bath supplies, clean the bathrooms, check and secure the rooms, replenish amenities according to the operational standards, perform rotation cleaning duties as required, responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of work area, attend to guest calls, requests, complaints, check occupied and departure rooms, manage guest requests, carry out lost and found procedures, report maintenance issues, comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.Prior experience in cleaning/housekeeping is required. Must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and problems. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be able to work in a team environment, be detail-oriented and have a great record of attendance. Customer service and problem resolution skills are paramount to this role. Physical mobility and stamina required. Ability to follow instruction. Detail-oriented. This role includes shift work, weekends, and public holidays with experience in a hotel or private residence being an asset.
