Working Foreman

Working Foreman Applicants must have 5 to 7 years’ proven experience in both residential and commercial construction and be able to demonstrate the following: - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and determine specifications and estimate relevant materials required for each project - Have proven experience in liaising with general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors - Ability to lay out, plan ahead and organize job site tasks and responsibilities - Participates in developing the project’s concept, oversees its planning and implements - Have the ability to monitor the work and ensure jobs run smoothly and the project is meeting daily goals - Be reliable, confident and decisive with high degree of self motivation - Be physically fit as considerable lifting of heavy materials with much bending is required - Must be flexible in working extended hours on weekdays, weekends and overtime when required at short notice - Must have own transportation and relevant masonry tools to meet strict time schedules.

Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, liaising with contractors and vendors, and organizing job tasks effectively. Must possess proven integrity and work references, and be physically fit to handle heavy lifting.
