Additional Main Duties:

This position involves one of the first points of guest contact and is key to starting the guests vacation on a welcoming note. Check in check out hotel guests courteously and efficiently process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Additional duties include but are not limited to PBX cashiering concierge reservations for rooms and restaurants. Good communication skills, well groomed and neat in appearance. A basic knowledge of computers is required. Be a clear thinker remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Must be able to prioritize and organize. Must work cohesively with co workers as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Must maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Applicants must be friendly have an outgoing positive manner and a big smile with an excellent knowledge of Bermuda.
