Live-out Nanny

The Minks Family requires a live-out nanny with qualified caregiving and childcare training. The nanny role is to deliver safe and holistic childcare in the client’s own home for 2 children aged 6 and 5 years old. Duties may include but are not limited to: observing and monitoring the children’s daily activities, assist the child in health and personal habits such as meal preparation, eating/drinking, bathing, dressing and toileting. Organizing and participating in recreational activities, provide housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, changing of linens, grocery shopping, errands, and report daily on children’s progress and needs.

Requirements

Must have experience and training in caring for a child with intellectual challenges and or physical limitations. Successful candidates must have good written and verbal skills, must have a drivers license or willing to obtain one, no drug/alcohol use. Must have a minimum of 7 years recent experience in similar roles. Valid First Aid/CPR certification, Police Clearance and Caregiver Certification are required.
