Auto Body Technician/painter

Applicant must have the extensive experience in the auto body and vehicle painting industry required for our busy auto body and paint departments. The successful applicant must have the following: • A minimum of 10 years practical working experience in auto body in a garage setting and be a skilled spray painter. • Experience in using chassis alignment, plastic welding equipment and the use of Spraybake Paint booth • A City & Guilds or equivalent certification is essential • Ability to work well with others and supervise apprentices • Excellent timekeeping This position requires the applicant to work in both of the auto body and paint departments as the flow of work dictates and as such requires a self-motivated individual who can work without supervision, including overtime when required, to meet deadlines and work load.
