Senior Maintenance Person

Must have 4 years proven experience in both residential or commercial painting and have expertise in home repair, maintenance and remodeling, familiarity with painting tools and equipment, ability to handle heavy physical workload, comfortable working at heights and ladder work, and ability to do basic drywall repairs. Duties will include but not limited to general home repairs and maintenance work, preparing walls and various surfaces for painting, paints using applicators, drywall repair, patching and calking. Able to construct scaffolding and able to use high lifts. Minor plumbing and minor electrical installation, flooring repair and installation, bathroom upgrades, kitchen remodeling, evaluate customer requests and trouble shoot customer issues. Must have a Bermuda driver's license or be willing to obtain one. Work experience in HVLP/Airless spraying and basic carpentry experience will be favorably considered. Must be able to work overtime as required. All applicants must be punctual, reliable and honest. Only genuine candidates capable of the above works need apply.
