With a minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of meat preparation - frozen and particularly fresh meat. The successful, qualified candidates must also be skilled in using all related electrical equipment and possess certification in food safety fundamentals. In addition, knowledge of fresh fish would be an asset. Qualified applicants must be neat in appearance, hard-working, self-motivated and prepared to work on Sundays, public holidays and after-hours as required. Applicants must be willing and able to lift 60lbs+ cases of meat. As this position requires customer service, the qualified applicants must also be courteous, friendly and punctual.
