KAM Custom Cleaning Services is seeking an applicant for a long-term/full time position as a Specialized Residential Cleaner. This is a demanding position that requires a very mature adult capable of performing detailed and specific cleaning duties daily with minimal to no supervision. Key Duties and Responsibilities include cleaning the interior of residential properties, cleaning various substrates and surfaces without causing damage, cleaning delicate finishes, operating an auto-scrubber, vacuum, polishers, spotter and other specialized cleaning equipment, and assisting on commercial contract jobs when required.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, extensive knowledge of how to clean various substrates and surfaces without causing damage, specialized cleaning skills with experience in cleaning delicate finishes, ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment, and a valid car or light van license.
