Applicants will be required to operate pneumatic/compaction apparatus and carry out any or all of the following duties: Furrow through asphalt roads and concrete surfaces Manual excavation of strip/pad foundations, basements and pits where required Specialized manual excavation to locate, expose & prepare sites for placement or repairs of LV - HV 33,000kva, fiber optic, telephone, cable, sewage & water utilities Emplacement of galvanized, cast, PVC, HDPE pipe, SCH conduits and cable when required before reinstatement of furrows and asphalt General/Detail/Specialized manual demolition of concrete structures Constructing new concrete walkways, planters, low retaining walls as required or in accordance to structural drawings Constructing & installation of drains, decorative & dry stone walls as required or in accordance to structural drawings Emplacement of soil on newly excavated land when required Cutting trees & manual site clearing Applicants are required to have experience in: Administrating galvanized, cast, HDPE and PVC utilities Pneumatic/Hydraulic Unitec, ICS apparatus and compaction equipment A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the demolition, excavating and hard landscaping industry All applicants will be required to have a valid INT/HA truck license and required to work Sundays, Public Holidays and after normal working hours as necessary to meet customer, company and emergency deadlines.
