Primary duties will include all aspects of care for a five-month-old infant, with a strong focus on their overall wellbeing, safety, and development, including feeding, bathing, naps, age-appropriate play and activities, walks/outings, and maintaining their daily routine. The role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Additional evenings and weekends may occasionally be required.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience caring for children in a home environment and will be caring, responsible, energetic, reliable and a non-smoker. Previous experience caring for young infants, particularly under six months of age, is strongly preferred. CPR and First Aid certifications are highly preferred but not required. A clean criminal record and employment references from recent employers who can speak to the candidate's reliability, character, professionalism, and ability to care for young children are required.
