The Skilled Landscape Gardener is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks (generally physical labor), in order to assist with the completion of landscape projects. The Skilled Landscape Gardener will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment particularly those used for the purpose of landscape installation, restoration and maintenance. Must be prepared to work long hours and public holidays as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in all forms of landscaping.
- Minimum of 3 years' horticulture experience.
- Extensive knowledge on the use of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticide applications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating verticutter, aerifier, sod cutter, tractor and zero-turn mower.
- Proficient in the usage of a Reel Mower.
- Intermediate truck license with a clean driving record (asset).
- Must have own transportation.
