Seeking two dedicated, energetic and highly experienced professional Cleaner-Supervisors to join their growing team. These full-time positions are available for performing and managing residential and commercial cleaning operations including, but not limited to: General cleaning, deep cleaning, and construction cleaning of bathroom, kitchen, shower, floor, wall and window surfaces; cleaning of antique furniture, crystal, silver, etc.; carpet, upholstery & drapery cleaning; deodorization; hard floor maintenance & reconditioning and floor waxing; operation and care of heavy cleaning equipment (auto-scrubbers, power washers, and various other cleaning equipment) using appropriate chemicals. Responsibilities also include scheduling and training staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, handling and resolving staff issues and customer complaints, and maintaining a high standard of cleaning. The Cleaner-Supervisor will also coordinate, inspect job sites, manage teams, order supplies and ensure tasks are completed to standard. Must understand and be able to execute green cleaning methods. The position requires five (5) or more years of progressive experience in all areas of cleaning. Good communication and organizational skills are essential. Must be capable of supervising and training staff, maintaining accurate records, and have the ability to lead a team of cleaners. Must speak English fluently and be able to interact pleasantly and professionally with customers and coworkers. Must be physically fit to meet the demands of the job and must be able to work shifts and extended hours, including early mornings, weekends, nights and public holidays. Must be comfortable working around family pets, hold a clean light or intermediate truck license, have their own transportation, and possess a clean criminal record. Random drug testing will be conducted. This is a demanding position which requires a high skill set and a strong work ethic.
