Manager, K Margaret Carter Centre

The post works under the guidance and direction of the Manager of ADS and is accountable for managing the operations of K Margaret Carter Centre (KMCC), ensuring that services are aligned with the Ministry's strategic objectives and goals. The post is accountable for the administration of KMCC clients, resource planning, staff development, control functions and program delivery. The post has autonomy for developing strategic plans that engage the skill development of all clients and is responsible for developing and maintaining a Budget in accordance with Financial Instructions.

Requirements

A minimum of a Master's Degree in Learning Disabilities or relevant field of study is required. Must possess a certification in allied health or recreational therapy or learning disabilities or relevant discipline. Applicants who possess a Bachelor's Degree in Learning Disabilities or relevant field of study and at least ten (10) years relevant experience may be considered.
