Requirements
Five (5) years working as a general maintenance person. Must have the ability to meet deadlines, use common tools, and have excellent knowledge of maintenance aspects including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, masonry, carpentry, tiling, landscaping, and cleaning. Experience with operating light and heavy equipment, using precision measuring instruments, and performing routine maintenance is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as well as the physical capacity to meet the job demands and having own transportation.Salary
