Assistant Store Manager

Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years proven experience in supermarket management. Applicants must be capable of managing the daily operation of the store and assuming complete responsibility for the operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Applicants must be personable, team oriented and willing to motivate and train employees. They must maintain high standards of product quality and service.

Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in supermarket management. Must have supermarket management experience and strong leadership skills. Must be personable, team orientated and willing to motivate and train employees. Must maintain high standards of product quality and service. Knowledge of store reports with regard to profit margin, payroll percentage, shrinkage, costing and ratios.
