In this position, you will I play play a a pivotal role in creating exceptional shopping experiences, helping our customers transform their homes into refined and elegant sanctuaries. This role combines expert product knowledge, personalized service, and a deep understanding of our brand ethos to inspire and guide customers in curating their ideal lifestyle through Palm Lane's exclusive offerings in bedding, bathroom linens, furniture, lighting, and decor. Key Responsibilities: •Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle aspirations. •Provide personalized recommendations for products and design solutions that reflect Palm Lane's sophisticated aesthetic. •Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Palm Lane's values of luxury, craftsmanship, and cultural richness. •Follow up with clients to ensure products purchased meet or exceed their expectations. •Address customer feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring each customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied. •Utilize expert knowledge of Palm Lane's product range, including bedding, furniture, decor, lighting, and bespoke tableware, to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. •Facilitate special orders for customers seeking items that may not be available in-store. •Maintain the visual merchandising and overall presentation of the store to reflect Palm Lane's luxury standards. •Maintain a clean and inviting store environment through daily cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, and general upkeep. •Assist in organizing special events, product launches, and workshops to engage the community and showcase the brand's offerings. •Execute opening and closing procedures for the store, ensuring accurate cash handling and balanced registers. •Maintain optimal product availability through timely replenishment, while keeping stockrooms clean, organized, and easily accessible. • Ensure proper waste management by disposing of garbage at the end of each day. •Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, and brand initiatives. Qualifications: •A passion for luxury home goods, design, and creating inspiring spaces. •Prior experience in retail, interior design, or customer service, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building lasting relationships. •A keen eye for detail and a natural ability to style and coordinate home decor. •Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. •Familiarity with sustainable and handcrafted products is a plus. •Degree in Art and Design is considered an asset.
