Landscape Gardener/Maintenance Person

Kindred Properties Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Landscape Gardener/Maintenance Person. The successful candidate will possess excellent time management skills to maintain 17 or more properties, including 1 commercial property and 2 industrial properties. Key Responsibilities: Exterior and interior painting of homes and commercial buildings. Maintenance of yards and small plant nursery including pruning, irrigation, mixing and sifting soil for different plating's, cutting grass and hedges, administrating/handling pesticides and fertilizers, constructing fencing and other ad hoc maintenance duties as required. Minimum qualifications, skills and experience: • 5 years' experience in a similar position and a proven track record in the maintenance of commercial, industrial and residential properties • Strong understanding of pesticides and fertilizers • Expected to own basic tools to carry out daily tasks and projects • Ability to work unsupervised and with other trades people • Availability to be on call to work overtime including weekends when necessary • Must have own transportation.
