Reporting directly to the Food Service Division Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for taking and processing customer’s orders, solving queries daily and providing clerical and administrative support as requested. Responsibilities include identifying potential products, handling customer complaints, processing telephone orders, and providing clerical support to the Food Service Team.

Requirements

A minimum of a High School education or equivalent; accompanied by 2 years relevant experience. Knowledge of Food Service products, excellent communication skills, proven customer support experience, strong phone handling skills, ability to multi-task, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
