COMMERCIAL PAINTERS: Responsibilities: Working on scaffolding at heights of up to 24ft.. Exterior commercial painting and interior painting at level 5 finish.. Minimum of 5 years experience in your trade Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial hotel renovations, particularly in high-end or luxury construction projects Has worked under OSHA regulations Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work weekends and evenings when required Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume and copies of relevant certifications. DRYWALLERS: Responsibilities and Experience: Working on scaffolding at heights of 24ft. Installing structural steel joists and framing. Install and finish drywall with a level 5 finish. Minimum of 5 years experience in your trade. Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial hotel renovations, particularly in high-end or luxury construction projects Has worked under OSHA regulations Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work weekends and evenings when required Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume and copies of relevant certifications
