Registered Nurse- Dialysis Department

Key Duties and Responsibilities include initiating hemodialysis and monitoring patients during treatments, assessing client/patient needs, formulating care plans, consulting with the multidisciplinary team, functioning as a team leader, participating in Quality Improvement activities, and serving as a preceptor and role model for junior staff.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution; Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council; Minimum of two years current post grad experience as a Dialysis Nurse; Current certifications: CPR, ACLS preferred; Experience in Physical assessment essential; Completion of a formal dialysis course would be a definite asset.
