Our client, Kidney Care Bermuda/Bermuda Home Dialysis Services Ltd. are seeking an Experienced Dialysis Registered Nurses. This position provides clinical nursing care, education and support to the ESRD patients and support to their families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care services and care plans for the ESRD patients. • Identify patient needs, coordinate patient care and work well within the multidisciplinary team. • Provide emergency care as needed. • Ensure safe dialysis treatments and clinical environments. Administer relevant dialysis medications. Follow proper technical and clinical protocols regardiing dialysis equipment. • Perform initial patient assessments, review dialysis orders, determine general physical and mental state of new ESRD patients. Ensure proper nursing documentation. • Educate and inform patients, patient families and other health care professionals about other renal replacement treatment options available. Standards necessary to maintain organizational accreditation. Awareness of patient's right. Maintain accurate medical records with appropriate documentation. • Maintain and meet all annual competencies and skills requirements. Skills, Qualifications and Experience required: Bermuda Nursing License (RN or equivalent). 3 years of nursing experience with hemodialysis experience. • Demonstrated clinical assessment skills. • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Requirements

Bermuda Nursing License (RN or equivalent). 3 years of nursing experience with hemodialysis experience.
