Vacation Rental Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented, and hardworking cleaner to join our vacation rental team. You will be responsible for preparing our units to a high standard between guest stays. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming, spotless, and comfortable environment that enhances the guest experience. This position requires efficiency, excellent time management, and a strong eye for detail to ensure each property is cleaned and staged perfectly before check-in. You must be available at least a few days a week from 11 am to 4 pm. As a Vacation Rental Cleaner, your primary responsibility is to ensure each property is cleaned and prepared to a high standard before guest arrival. This includes thoroughly cleaning all rooms, sanitising bathrooms and kitchens, changing bed linens and towels, handling all laundry tasks, restocking essential supplies, and ensuring the property is securely locked after each clean.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should have a sharp eye for detail and a genuine knack for cleaning. Experience in hotel, vacation rental, or private home cleaning is a plus, but not required if you take pride in a spotless space. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, able to work independently, and complete tasks within tight timelines. Physical stamina is necessary as you must be able to lift at least 20 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential. Candidates should be able to follow detailed checklists consistently, manage time efficiently, and have clear communication skills.
