Front Desk Supervisor

Process guest check-ins, manage reservations, handle payments, assist guests, support staff training, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a professional, customer-focused environment. Complete cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Review and document shift logs/daily memo books. Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or issues. Process guest check-ins, verify identity, request payment, and assign rooms. Sell accommodations to walk-in guests based on availability. Ensure rates match market codes and document any exceptions. Scan and charge outlet checks (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) to rooms. Assist in training, evaluating, and coaching employees. Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training. Follow company policies; maintain a professional appearance and protect assets. Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Communicate professionally in person and over the phone. Maintain positive working relationships and team collaboration. Ensure adherence to quality standards and expectations. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift/move objects up to 25 lbs. Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience. License or Certification: None
