Senior Swim Instructor & Program Manager

Water Lilies Bermuda Ltd., a leading provider of learn-to-swim and aquatic programs, seeks an experienced Senior Swim Instructor & Program Manager. This role involves teaching swim lessons for infants through adults, including special needs students, leading camps, workshops, and family programs, and managing daily operations. Applicants must have at least 5 years' progressive swim instruction experience, including 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Recognized, accredited swim instructor certifications covering infant/toddler instruction, stroke development, and special needs aquatics are required. CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements
