Seagrass Solutions is a reputable landscaping company committed to creating beautiful outdoor spaces who are currently seeking Landscape Gardeners to join their team. The ideal candidates will have some knowledge in landscaping projects. Responsibilities include lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, soil preparation, and application of pesticides and other agents as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and maintain Bermuda grass, including mowing, fertilizing, reseeding, and weed/insect control. • Plant, repair, and maintain lawns using appropriate seed mixtures and fertilizers. • Apply pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees. • Know seasonal planting schedules for various plants and flowers. • Properly prune shrubs, trees, and plants to ensure healthy growth. • Maintain yards using rakes, blowers, and other equipment. • Mix soil for flower beds, vegetable gardens, and other planting areas. • Repair and maintain lawn equipment and hand tools.

Requirements

2-3 years’ experience in landscaping projects. Strong knowledge of lawn care and plant maintenance. Valid driver’s license with own transportation and a clean criminal record. Good work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Willing and able to work weekends and public holidays when required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
