Cleaner Maintenance Technician

Your role as Cleaner Maintenance Technician, will be required to clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and machinery. Property maintenance work may include cleaning, painting, repairs, installing of doors and windows, picture hanging, vehicle maintenance, lifting of heavy items & furniture, power washing, masonry, carpentry, landscaping etc. You are required to have knowledge and previous work experience with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and material safety. Must be capable of maintaining health and safety standards, operating commercial equipment, and demonstrate strong organization and motivational skills. Qualifications: The successful applicants will have a minimum of 5 year's experience in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Cleaning and Janitorial Services including, the techniques of all types of cleaning, heavy duty cleaning in the use of equipment and chemicals for use in washing, polishing and steam cleaning of floors, rugs, carpets, kitchens and restroom cleaning, waste removal, window cleaning, pot washing, delivering supplies and associated maintenance. Must have a valid intermediate driver's license or be willing to obtain and own transportation. Applicants must have a neat appearance and be trustworthy, honest and punctual. Applicants must be familiar with using technology as they will be required to use application installed on personal mobile device.
