Major League Barbershop is seeking a talented Barber to join our team. The applicant must be able to build and maintain a client base through good customer relations and be able to work as part of a team. Duties include: Welcome clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyles; Cut and style hair to the client's specifications; Shave, trim, and shape clients' facial hair; Maintain barbershop sanitation and health standards, including cleaning and disinfecting workstations; Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Barber Certification from a recognized institution required; Minimum 5 years' experience in cutting all hair types; Must be able to use clippers, scissors, and razors; Knowledge of current hairstyles and trends; Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations; Exceptional customer service skills; Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed; The ability to stand for extended periods
