The Cash Management Technician is responsible for the protection of shipments and property for which the Company is responsible and is required to be able to exercise immediate supervision over his or her armoured truck while on duty. Key Responsibilities • Accept custodial responsibility for collections, deliveries, keys and other devices / equipment to ATMs, safes etc. • Replenish and service ATMs as prescribed by established standard operating procedures • Participate in investigations and preparation of investigation and incident reports • Technical service of devices / equipment to ATMs, safes, etc. as directed • Operation of computerized track and trace system for delivery and pick up of shipment • Operate armoured vehicle enroute to business establishments to pick up or deliver money and / or valuables from customers and handover as prescribed by established standard operating procedures • Protect the crew, shipment or premises against any possible attacks and remain alert and prepare at all times Minimum Qualifications and Experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Military, Police, Corrections or Security Officer experience (beneficial) • Possess or be able to obtain a Security Guard License and (heavy truck license would be an asset) Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
