We are seeking to fill the following positions: Experienced Cleaner(s) – Commercial / Residential. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the techniques of all types of cleaning, to include, but not limited to, heavy duty cleaning in the use of chemicals for washing, polishing, steam cleaning of floors and carpets, office system cleaning, kitchens and restroom cleaning, waste removal, pot washing, hard surface floor cleaning, and associated maintenance. Applicants will need to use and dispose of hazardous chemicals, must be able to lift and move heavy items, and should have knowledge and previous work experience with cleaning chemicals and materials. Candidates must possess attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and be reliable timekeepers. All staff must be willing to work flexible hours and are on-call for early mornings, nights, weekends, and/or public holidays. A clean police clearance certificate is required, and all applicants must maintain a clean and neat appearance. Pre-employment drug testing may be administered.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in all types of cleaning techniques, including hazardous chemical handling. Must have the ability to lift and move heavy items, work well in a team or independently, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and meet safety requirements. A clean police clearance certificate is mandatory.
