Requirements
A Level 3 or higher floristry certification from a reputable institution in the US, UK or Canada is required. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in floristry, client care, and event concept and design. Proficient in floral arrangements techniques: hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, installations, corsages, funeral work, and specialty designs. Ability to communicate with clients, understand their vision and translate it to floral design. Must demonstrate initiative, reliability, and leadership of junior team members.Salary
