The successful candidate will be required to perform thorough heavy-duty professional cleaning of assigned areas as well as housekeeping, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents/fans, restroom cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly used, maintained, and stored. Conducting tasks in a timely manner and to the highest standards. Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Respond to client feedback and make necessary adjustments to cleaning services and schedules as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience. Experience with cleaning equipment is essential. Preference given to candidates with professional cleaning certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift heavy items. Clean criminal record. Valid driver's license (or willingness to obtain one). Professional cleaning employment references.
