• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in surveying, civil engineering or a closely related discipline, or membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or another recognised professional surveying body.
• Minimum 3-5 years' professional experience as a land surveyor.
• Registered Bermuda Land Surveyor, or possessing the qualifications and professional experience necessary to become registered within 3 months.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Carlson Survey, or similar surveying software.
• Valid Bermuda driver's license, or the ability to obtain one within 3 months.
• Knowledge of total station, GNSS and laser scanning technology (preferably Leica), with a commitment to remaining current with emerging surveying technologies.
• Proven expertise in professional land surveying and survey project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to work additional hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet client and business objectives.
