Details Management Ltd., on behalf of our client, Alchemy Fitness, is currently recruiting for the role of Pilates Instructor. Alchemy Fitness is a personal training studio and fitness facility catering to a wide range of clients seeking health and fitness training. They are looking for a full-time Pilates Instructor with the ability to work with their diverse client base. Responsibilities Include: • Provide Pilates instruction to include demo classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled by studio management and pursuant to Club Pilates standards. • Deliver safe, engaging and creative individual and group experiences. • Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of each class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use. • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization adhering to the standards set by studio management. • Ensure punctual arrival ahead of each scheduled class or private/semi-private session. • Generate new business by participating in network/community events and studio promotions. • Stay informed and implement up-to-date Pilate's principles and educational standards at all times. Professional/Technical Skills and Knowledge: • Comprehensive Pilate's certifications (mat and apparatus) are required. • Minimum of five years' professional teaching experience in Pilates is essential. • Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including but not limited to hand weights, ExoChair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, and Magic Circle. • Previous experience teaching more than 6 participants in an apparatus based group class. • Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and safe progression principles. • Professional and approachable presence, with a commitment to exceptional client care. • Proven ability developing and maintaining a diverse client base.
