Experienced cleaners required for institutional, commercial, and residential properties. Duties include steam cleaning, operation of equipment and chemicals, hard floor maintenance, general cleaning, window cleaning (climbing high ladders), custodial, and kitchen porter tasks. Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, shift work, emergency call outs, and overtime as required.
Requirements
At least 5 years knowledge in all aspects of the industry (institutional and commercial). Provide two relevant written employment references. Own transportation and valid Driver’s license with a clear record. Ability to be on call for emergency cleaning and work unsociable hours. Full knowledge of steam cleaning, equipment, chemicals, and vehicles. Knowledge of hard floor maintenance and application of floor products. Police check required.
