Multi-Property Operations, Safety & Maintenance Manager

We are seeking disciplined, experienced professionals to join our team. These positions support complex, multi-property hospitality operations. Only serious, qualified applicants will be considered. Multi-Property Operations, Safety & Maintenance Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering 5+ years in facilities, construction, or maintenance leadership Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Experience supervising teams across multiple locations Familiarity with Transcendent Software preferred Spanish proficiency is an asset This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring flexibility and readiness to manage urgent operational needs. Multi-Property Operations & Category Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree level of education 5+ years in procurement, logistics, or operations in a hospitality setting Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Hotshop by BirchStreet, and Raeasoft Strong Excel and reporting skills Knowledge of Marriott systems and luxury brand standards strongly preferred Spanish proficiency is a plus This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must manage high-volume work independently and professionally.
