Restaurant Manager

The applicant must have at least 5 years experience as an assistant manager or manager. Most have experience with POS systems, social media marketing and managing production and staff. Daily cash reconciliation, scheduling and inventory management. Key Duties and Responsibilities Coordinating daily restaurant management operations; Managing staff •Maximizing customer satisfaction; •Implement policies and protocols to maximise efficiency and cleanliness. •Train new staff and conduct maintain accurate inventory count and supply ordering. • Ensure all health and safety regulations are upheld. • Manage Social Media advertisements and profile. •The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends and public holidays and fill in for staff out on vacation or other reasons.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management or assistant management position and proven skills in restaurant operations. Have at least one Certification in Hospitality management or equivalent.

40000 - 50000 USD
