Top-grade Marine Fiber Glass Technician/Body Worker and Spray Painter

On behalf of our client, RMS Boatworks, we seek a Top-grade Marine Fiber Glass Technician/Body Worker and Spray Painter. The candidate must have at least 10 years progressive work experience as an auto body painter and refinisher, be an expert in using auto spray equipment, and knowledgeable in all aspects of fiberglass modelling, mold making, lamination, gel-coat refinishing, and spray painting. Responsibilities include detailing clients’ boats, surface preparation, cleaning and waxing above/below sea level; repairing fiberglass damages; spray or brush, buff, and polish repaired surfaces of boats. Must also be able to handle heavy physical workloads and be willing to work overtime during weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

Having at least 10 years progressive work experience as an auto body painter and refinisher. An expert in using auto spray equipment and all aspects of fiberglass modelling, mold making, lamination, gel-coat refinishing, spray painting and knowledge of basic marine mechanical technicalities.
