Service and Construction HVAC-R Technician

On behalf of our client, C&C Solutions Ltd, we invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of Service and Construction HVAC-R Technician. Key Duties and Responsibilities include performing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks, such as work on VRF systems, control logic, ice machines, electrical distribution systems, and walk-in/reach-in refrigeration units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, take a solutions oriented approach with clients, and actively contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC-R field service. Strong knowledge of HVAC repair, including diagnostics and troubleshooting of VRF systems, control logic, and refrigeration systems. Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems, including 3-phase systems up to 480V. Familiarity with the operation and repair of walk-in/reach-in refrigeration units and ice machines. Physically capable of performing all HVAC-R repairs and replacements. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to client service. Valid driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one, and access to reliable transportation. Must supply and maintain own hand tools. Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and after hours, as required.
