The Customer Service Ambassador reports to the Supervisor and works out of Butterfield’s Front Street Banking Centre. This position is the first point of contact for customers entering the bank. The position will provide service to a wide range of customers, and will be responsible for the administration of the QMatic Electronic Queuing system, as well as acting as a subject matter expert to customers utilising the platform. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing queues, handling inquiries, verifying documents, promoting products, coordinating services, and maintaining a clean reception area to support efficient, customer-focused banking operations.

Requirements

High school diploma with a minimum of two years’ experience in a front-line customer service position. Ability to multi-task and operate well under pressure in a very busy environment. Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
