Live-in Companion Caregiver

The role will be focused on providing full-time companionship and support with daily routine care for a senior in a private home environment. Duties will entail personal care assistance, companionship and social engagement along with light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, driving to appointments, errands, and social outings as well as occasional travel. This is a full time 40-50 hours per week role requiring flexibility for weekends, public holidays, and ad hoc coverage. The successful candidate will have prior experience and a minimum of 2 years in a senior or companion care live-in role. A Nursing certification is an advantage. A valid Bermuda driver's license (or ability to obtain one) is required, along with current CPR/First Aid certification and a recent police dearance. Candidates must be caring, reliable, positive, outgoing, and a non-smoker.
