Discovery Wines Sales & Marketing Associate
Requirements
• General High School Diploma or Certificate. • WSET Level 2 preferred (or willingness to pursue further beverage alcohol education such as WSET). • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in the retail or hospitality industry. • Strong customer focus with a service-oriented approach. • Must be able to work at different store locations (Hamilton, Pembroke, and Paget). • Prior experience with retail Point of Sale (POS) systems. • A good working knowledge of the wine & spirits industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage corporate and private customers via phone, email, or in person to drive business growth. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy cases of wine & spirits, including unloading pallets (daily requirement). • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. • Be honest, reliable and trustworthy. • Hold a valid Bermuda Driver’s license, or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.Salary
