CONYERS is hiring a

Private Client And Trust Associate

Job Type: Permanent

We require a qualified attorney with proven experienced in and knowledge of Trust Law with a good working knowledge of company law principles to assist in the very busy area of our private client and trust law practice. What Will You Do Work with a broad range of international private clients and institutions in the area of personal and commercial trusts, structuring transactions, as well as contributing to marketing and other professional development initiatives Advise the Firms' licensed trust company on day-to-day legal issues, including trustees' duties and obligations owed to beneficiaries, as well as the review of contracts Provision of advice on an unsupervised basis Draft trust and other legal documentation, which may include coordination of company law documents Suitable candidates will also be able to demonstrate: At least three (3) years' successful experience post qualification, within these areas of the law, in order to advise on the substantial matters that will be assigned to them Proven experience and a high degree of knowledge in the area of International Trust and Estate Planning Ability to communicate effectively with local and overseas clients, international tax attorneys and other advisers Capable of dealing with a varied and heavy workload Prior experience in advising trust companies and high net worth clients in the international context would be ideal

Requirements
